A brief memoir from the road…

As we embark on the last leg of our “Enter the Funhouse Tour,” we find ourselves both reflecting back on the past few month’s adventures and looking ahead to some exciting summer shows. It was nice to see all the beautiful new faces from coast to coast, thanks for diving in the deep end of the pool with us, we promise not to let you drown. And of course we are forever indebted to the faithful freaks who continue to follow us on this folly we call Caravan of Thieves.

But looking back, we do have a few vivid tour memories that really stick out… In Colorado we recruited some real life Circus Freaks, in Wyoming we broke down but locals pushed the van to a garage with an ATV and plow, in Oregon we had our Tarot cards read and received a few good luck crystals, in San Diego we visited the Taylor guitar factory, in Arizona we escaped border patrol with our charming demeanor and in West Virgina we watched a few local boys smash beer cans on their heads. All character building experiences…
